Is Your Faith Window Clicked Open?

by Sharyn Culp
Inspired by Holy Spirit

In this age of technology we hear a lot about this window and that window and another window being open. What I would like to ask you today is a really important question. Is your faith window "clicked" open? Have you "clicked on" to the Word of God and opened your faith window?

What do I mean by that? Let's look at some scriptures concerning faith and examine this subject of your "faith window" further.

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that deligently seek him" (Hebrews 11:6).

But know now from this scripture that faith pleases God and that when we come to God we must believe that He is, and that He will reward us as we diligently seek Him.

Webster's dictionary defines diligent as meaning: 1) perservering and careful in work; hardworking. 2) done with careful, steady effort; painstaking.

I believe if we are to be successful in our faith walk and "clicking on" and "opening" our faith window, we cannot seek God half-heartedly; we must put some Holy Ghost :gusto: into it and be relentless in our search of God and the truths found in His Word.

"As the deer panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, Oh God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:" (Ps. 42:1)

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1).

I believe as we "click on and open" the Word of God, seeking God wholeheartedly, we are going to  find the answers, Truth, to our earthly circumstances.

"Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
Whom have I in heaven but thee? And there is none upon earth that I desire beside thee" (Ps. 73:24-25)

"Oh the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

For who hath know the mind of the Lord? Or who hath been his counselor?" (Romans 11:33-34).

I am firmly persuaded the answers to life's citrcumstances are always found in God, in the Word of God.

"He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions" (Psalm 107:20).

"And so we have the prophetic word confirmed, which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts;" (2 Peter 1:19, NKJV).

I strongly urge you to seek God for the revelations from His Word for your particular earthly circumstances.

How does God reveal His answer that will be life-changing to us?

 (a) Many times Holy Spirit will speak His Word directly to your spirit. When you heart it you know the answer is from God in your "knower". Your spirit bears witness with it.

 (b) Other times Holy Spirit may make the scripture "come alive" to you as you are reading your Bible. He "highlights" a particular passage and you know in your heart this passage is meant specifically for you for this particular season.

 (c) God may speak His Word through a minister or a fellow-Christian. You may be listening to your pastor's message and God drops whatever the pastor says right into your heart and you know it is God's answer for you. A minister or fellow-Christian may speak a word to you prophetically and you know it is God's answer for you by Holy Spirit. God's answer will always align with the Word of God. Amen.

 (d) God may speak to you through a sign, dream, vision, song, your natural senses, nature, an occurrence or from some other specific source.

In whatever way God chooses to reveal His answer to you for your earthly circumstance, once you have the answer, claim it, hold on to it like "gold", stand firm, and release your faith on the Word He has given you.

To be sure it will take some "bull-dog" tenancity to exercise your faith and keep your faith window "clicked on and open" until you see the full manifestation of the scripture, your answer, come to pass in the natural realm in your life's circumstances.

As you are standing in faith believing God for your Word manifestation, keep in mind what God tells us in 2 Corinthians 4:18.

"While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal."

The things you see with your natural eyes, your earthly circumstances, are subject to change as you tenaciously appropriate the Word of God to them expecting God to change your circumstances instead of just accepting them as "this is the way it is and it is always going to be this way".

You may be asking, how can I "click on" and keep my faith window "open" until I actually see the full manifestation of the God's Word come to pass in the natural realm, in my early circumstances? I am glad you asked. Prayerfully, the following steps will be helpful to you enabling you to cross the victory line.

1."CLICK" OPEN YOUR FAITH WINDOW BY RECEIVING THE WORD OF GOD THAT HAS BEEN GIVEN YOU.

"Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when you pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them" (Mark 11:24).

Wouldn't you agree praying believing by faith you receive your answer before you actually see the manifestation in the natural realm is a vital key to keeping your faith window "clicked on and open"? Simply put pray in faith, believe and receive by faith God will perform His Word in your earthly circumstances. Amen!

Let's keep our faith window "clicked on and open" by praying in faith, believing and receiving before we actually see or have the manifestation of the Word of God, our answer, in the natural realm.

2. DON'T ALLOW YOURSELF TO GET FEARFUL BY WHAT YOU SEE IN THE "NATURAL" CIRCUMSTANCES IN YOUR LIFE WHILE YOU ARE WAITING ON YOUR ANSWER TO COME TO PASS.

"There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love" (John 4:18).

"For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind"  (II Timothy 1:7).

"Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid neither be thou dismayed for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest" (Joshua 1:9).

One of Satan's chief weapons he uses against us is fear. Be wise and don't take the bait. The very instant you feel the spirit of fear trying to come on you, say, "No Satan, it is written, God has not given me the spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind".

Be encouraged, put on and use the armor of God found in Ephesians 6:10-18, speak to your earthly circumstances and say, "I will  not accept fear. I choose to believe what God says and walk by faith in Jesus' name. Amen."

Let's also keep our faith window "clicked on and open" by rebuking and binding the spirit of fear according to Matthew 18:18-19 and Jude 1:9 in the name of Jesus and make a commitment to operate in faith instead of fear.

"Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven" (Matthew 18:18).

Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!" (Judge 1:9)

3. PRASIE GOD BY SINGING AND SAYING "PRAISE YOU JESUS" ALLOWING PRAISES THAT ARE NIGH YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART TO COME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH EVEN WHEN WHAT YOU ARE SEEING BY IN YOUR "NATURAL CIRCUMSTANCES" ARE ADVERSE TO WHAT YOU ARE BELIEVING GOD TO BRING TO PASS.

"I will bless the Lord at all times: his praises shall continually be in my mouth" (Ps. 103:1).

"My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever" (Ps. 145:21).

"Praise ye the Lord: for it is good to sing praises unto our God; for it is pleasant; and praise is comely" (Ps. 147:1)

To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes. The oil of joy for mourning. The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness. The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified: (Is. 61:3).

Let's keep our faith window "clicked on and open" by praising God even in the midst of our circumstances. Praising God is definitely a strong weapon against Satan when he tries to bring the spirit of discouragement upon us  when we are releasing our faith, standing on God's Word, believing God to manifest His answer to our life's circumstances. The very second you feel the spirit of discouragement trying to come upon you, begin to allow the praise of God to come out of your mouth and as you do the garment of praise will come upon you and the spirit of discouragement and heaviness will lift. Praise God!

4. DECREE AND PRAY BY YOUR AUDIBLE VOICE GOD'S WORD, HIS ANSWER, HE HAS GIVEN YOU FOR YOUR LIFE'S CIRCUMSTANCES.

"But the word is very nigh unto the, in thy mouth, and in thy heart, that thou mayest do it" (Deut. 34:13).

"Thou shalt also decee a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways" (Job 22:28).

First of all, you need to hear yourself say the Word of God. Saying the Word of God reinforces the "faith" Word in you. As your own ears hear it, your faith is increased.

Secondly, if you will recall, when Jesus was in the wilderness, and Satan came to tempt him, Jesus spoke the Word of God against him. Every time you speak the Word of God, Satan hears it and knows you are releasing your faith, standing on the Word, God's answer, to your life's circumstances, he cannot win against you and keep you from crossing the victory finish line. You can procure what God's Word, His answer, for you will come to pass in your life's circumstances. Praise God!

Let's keep our faith window "clicked on and open" by doing what Jesus did. He spoke "it is written" and quoted word for word the Word of God in His audible voice against Satan and his attacks. Satan kept attacking Jesus and Jesus was relentless in speaking "it is written" and quoting word for word the Word of God in His audible voice against him. Then the devil departed from Him and the angels came and ministered to Jesus (Matt. 4:3-11). Speaking the Word of God audibly worked for Jesus and it will work for us to bring to pass God's Word, His answer, to our life's circumstances. Amen.

5. PRAY IN THE SPIRIT

"Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is in the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose" (Rom. 8:26-28).

"Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of Hosts" (Zech. 4:6).

"But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost" (Jude 20).

As you pray in the Spirit, your heavenly prayer language, keep in mind Satan cannot understand it; therefore, he cannot thwart what the Spirit is praying through you. It is in the Spirit the battles are won and the Holy Ghost knows how to win every battle. It isn't your battle anyway; it is God's battle. Let Him fight it for you. Praying in the Spirit also strengthens and edifies you and who in this day and time doesn't need to be strengthened and edified? Amen.

Let's keep our faith window "clicked on and open" by praying in the Spirit and allowing the Spirit of God to fight our battles, strengthen and edify us and bring to pass God's Word,His answer, to us in our life's circumstances.

5. PERSEVERE, DON'T GIVE UP.

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not" (Ga. 6:9).

"Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)" (Heb. 10:23).

"For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds: (Heb. 12:3).

No matter how long it takes, no matter what the enemy attempts to bring against you, no matter what your life's circumstances look like presently, persevere and don't give up. Remember, God is on your side. You have the name of Jesus, the Word of God (spoken and written), the blood of Jesus, the yoke-destroying, burden-removing power of the Holy Ghost, the power of prayer, the power of praise, and the privilege of praying in the Spirit. What else more could you possibly ask for or need? Amen.

Let's keep our faith window "clicked on and open" by perservering and not giving up! Jesus finished His course on Calvary for us and we need to finish our courses for Him. We need to "stay with and allow" God's Word, His answer, for our life's circumstances, come to pass in the natural realm. It matters to Jesus and it is Kingdom important we do so. Every time we persevere "do what it takes" and "not quit" means another victory for His Majesty and the establishmenbt of God's Kingdom come, His will be done on earth, as it is in heaven worldwide. Let's allow God's Word, His answer, to take us across the victory finish line for Him! Let's keep our focus on our goal, the establishment of God's Kingdom come, His will be done on earth, as it is in heaven worldwide (Matt. 6:10).

It is our heartfelt prayer one day as you finish your course you will be able to pray these beautiful words found in 2 Timonthy 4:7.

"I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith;

Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing" (2 Timothy 4:7-8).

I believe you will hear these jubilant, rewarding words from the throne room of His Majesty found in Matthew 25:23.

"His lord said unto him, Well done good and faithful servant, thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things, enter thou into the joy of thy lord" (Matt. 25:23).

King's Kids, keep your eyes on the eastern sky! Jesus is coming and your crown of righteousness the Righteous Judge shall give you at that day will be a "perfect fit" just for you. Amen.

His Majesty loves you! See you in the Spirit . . .
